• Stakeholder Consultation - Online, Via Phone, In person individually or in group workshops. Ideal to drive strategic plans and development, evidence need for funding applications and ensure stakeholder buy in to change and business plans.

• Trustees and CIC Director support to develop organisations including identifying gaps in governance, training needs, risks and policies.

• Mentoring key people to develop the organisation or area of the charity including new Trustees, CEO's and Fundraising team members.

• Funding application support both top level and providing practical support 

• Peer Review work for fellow professionals for key pieces of work.
