Terms of Membership

  1. Gift Aid Support Membership is only available directly to Charities - it is not available to consultants, accountants or other professionals working with Gift Aid. Please do not join unless you are a Charity.

  2. Membership is on an annual basis and once purchased is valid for a year from purchase, you can cancel your membership at any point in the year but no refund will be given for the Membership months that you have chosen not to use.  

  3. Membership renewals will be on a annual basis from the date of purchase. Renewals can be cancelled by letting us know at members@thecharityknowledgehub.co.uk you do not want to renew. We will endeavour to send reminders out when your renewal is due.

  4. All charities will receive a complementary Gift Aid workshop place when they sign up, we strongly encourage you to use this place for a member of your team so that you are starting from a good base of Gift Aid knowledge. If you do not use the workshop place we reserve the right when you ask for support to sign post you to the workshop, and to not include basic Gift Aid issues that have been covered during the Essentials workshops in Member webinars.  

  5. All complementary workshop places are to be booked and attended during the charities Membership year - they can not be carried forward or rolled over if not used. There is no momentary value in them if not used.

  6. Each charity must name a lead person who information about webinars and the membership will be sent. We would also encourage you to have other key contacts on our mailing list to ensure that you are fully up to date with Membership services.

  7. All Gift Aid information is up to date and correct to the best of our knowledge, however this support is to help charities understand the HMRC Gift Aid regulations and we always advise to contact HMRC directly if you are unsure of anything, discover a historical issue which may have financial implications or are thinking of making fundamental changes to the way you operate Gift Aid.

  8. By signing up to be a Gift Aid Support you are agreeing for the team at TCKH and GiftEase to contact you as part of the membership including invites to webinar and customer service calls as part of the package of benefits. We will not share your details with any other organisations.

  9. Membership content and information is delivered by Phil Robson of GiftEase Solutions and copyright to all knowledge, information, resources and workshop/webinar slides is owned by GiftEase Solutions.

  10. If for any unforeseen reasons the Gift Aid Support Membership scheme ceases to exist or can no longer offer the services advertised, then the organisation will be refunded on a pro rata basis for any whole months remaining on their annual membership. If you have already used your complimentary workshop place this will be taken into consideration and the price deducted from any refund.
